Every time I travel, I think of films that were shot in the cities that I am temporarily existing in. When I get back home, I watch these films. Every time I go to New York I end up watching Taxi Driver (and Ghost Busters) The feeling and world that this film creates freaks me out, cause I understand how easily this state of loneliness could occur. The film works on a deeper level when one experiences that place.
